Laminated Solid wood Panels

Bizier Inc. produces solid wood panels for use in the construction of furniture, stairs, cupboards etc. We offer most of the popular species and dimensions and can also custom manufacture panels of any wood species commercially available.

All of our wood panels have the following characteristics:

Kiln dried wood. All of our shipments are verified with a moisture meter to ensure that the moisture content is 8% (±2%).

Laminated with a water-resistant adhesive (Polyvinyl acetate - type 2) that is formulated specifically for use in moist environments and safe for human contact.

During assembly careful attention is paid to the positioning of growth rings, in order to minimize warping of the panels.

Precision machined. A final sanding with 150 grits ensures a smooth flat surface with a precision of 1/10 mm.
